1. Appointment Booking

Appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance
All appointments are subject to availability
We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances

2. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service
We accept cash, credit cards, and digital payments
Prices are subject to change without notice

3. Service Guarantee

We strive to provide the highest quality services

We understand that sometimes you need to change your appointment. Here's our policy:

1. Cancellation Timeframes

24+ hours notice: Free cancellation or rescheduling
12-24 hours notice: 50% service charge applies
Less than 12 hours notice: Full service charge applies
No-show: Full service charge applies
